Acceptable Use Policy/Terms of Service (“Terms”)

Security of Accounts

Cascadelink, Inc. (“Cascadelink”) accounts for products/services (“accounts”) are for individual customer households only. Customer agrees to maintain a secure password to the account profile and up to date billing information. Customer agrees not to use Cascadelink products/services to make unauthorized/illegal attempts to access other Cascadelink customer information or any non-customer systems or networks.

Use of Internet Services

Customer agrees not to use Cascadelink products/services in violation of intellectual property rights of Cascadelink, other customers, third parties, or other applicable laws. Customer agrees to use the products/services provided by Cascadelink as permitted only by applicable local, state, and federal laws.

Sharing of internet services or accounts with persons not in your household is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of your account. If you are using a wireless router, you agree to enable proper security such as WPA or higher level encryption.

Unauthorized Use of Accounts or Computers

Customer agrees that any unauthorized use or attempted use of another customer or third party account or computer without the owner’s express written authorization is prohibited.

Billing

Customer hereby authorizes Cascadelink to automatically charge the credit or debit card on file for the amount of the subscription rate plan on the anniversary of the date service was activated according to the billing cycle chosen. The full balance is due on the date the invoice is due and will be automatically charged to the card on file. Payment information must be updated as soon as possible if the card on file is declined, late penalties and possible account termination may apply.

Cancellation

Service plans may be canceled by calling the number posted at http://cascadelink.com/contact or by emailing support@cascadelink.com at least seven days prior to the next billing cycle. Cancellations shall be effective at the end of the current billing cycle or prorated to end on a different date provided customer has met the seven day notice requirement. Customer agrees that Cascadelink may terminate this agreement and cancel services for any and all accounts belonging to customer at any time, without notice and for any reason including, but not limited to nonpayment, violation of any of the terms and conditions of this agreement, providing inaccurate registration information, and using the services to perform any illegal or malicious activity. Customer further agrees that in the event of termination for any reason Cascadelink will have no liability to customer.

Returns/refunds

Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will not be issued for late cancellations (cancellation requests made after the next billing cycle renews). Credits may be issued on a case-by-case basis for issues with connectivity.

By continuing to use Cascadelink services, customer agrees to these Terms and understands the Terms are subject to change.
